Davinti Indonesia ("Pekku" or "we") (as Pekku's Holding Company) with all unregistered visitors using Pekku services ("Visitors") and registered users ("Pekku Users"). This policy explains how we may collect and use information pertaining to each of our Visitors and Pekku Users on all of our services, including, but not limited to, Pekku.com's website (pekku.com and all of its subdomains, referred as "Pekku Website"), Pekku's online shop, Pekku users' website ("User Website"), and all others Pekku's services (Collectively referred as "Pekku Services").
This Privacy Policy constitutes a binding and enforceable legal contract between Pekku and you, so please read it carefully.
You may use Pekku Services only if you fully agree to this Privacy Policy - and by accessing and/or using any of our services, you signify and affirm your informed consent to this Privacy Policy, including to the collection and processing all of your personal information as explained below.

COLLECTED INFORMATION
We collect two types of information from our Visitors and Pekku Users:
- Un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a visitor and Pekku users, which may be made available to us. Such information does not enable us to identify you, but it may contain technical information, such as browsing activities, device, operating system, browser, screen resolution, language, internet service provider, referring website, date/time stamps, etc.
- Identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable efforts cause the identification of an individual ("Personal Information"). Such personal information collected by Pekku mainly consists of contact details (e.g., email address/phone number), billing details (name, address, payment method, and transaction detail), details regarding a browsing or usage session (IP address, geolocation, and/or device unique identifier), details regarding connected third party accounts (connected Facebook/Google account), scanned identification document provided to us (TDP/SIUP/KTP/SIM/Passport), and any other personal information provided to us when accessing or using Pekku Services. For the avoidance of doubt, any non-personal information that is connected or linked to the personal information is deemed and treated by us as personal information, as long as the connection exists.
Furthermore, Pekku may also collect information from visitor of Pekku user's website ("Website Visitors") and also job applicants whether it send by email or postal mail.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
There are two main methods to collect your information, including, but not limited to:
- We collect information through your use of Pekku Services. In other words, when you visit or use our services, including, but not limited to, when you browse the website or any of Pekku's users' websites, register to Pekku, upload content, download/use any of our services, cookies, and/or sessions, with/without help from third party services.
- We collect information which you provide to us voluntarily. For example, when you register to our services; when you login to Pekku using third party services, such as Facebook/Google; when you buy services and/or domains from us; when you upload or submit personal information as you use any of our services; and/or when you contact us directly.
WHY DO WE COLLECT SUCH INFORMATION?
We collect such personal and non-personal information for the following purpose:
- To provide and operate the best services for you.
- To further develop, customize, and improve our services, based on Pekku Users and Visitors' common or personal preferences, experiences, and difficulties.

- To facilitate and sponsor certain contests, events, and promotions.
- To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or non-personal information, which we may use to improve our services.

INFORMATION STORAGE LOCATION
All of your personal and non-personal information may be maintained, processed, and stored by Pekku and our authorized service providers in Indonesia and Singapore.
Job applicants' information will be maintained, processed, and stored by Pekku in Indonesia.
Pekku and our authorized service providers are committed to store and process all of your information securely and in accordance with industry standards.
If you live in a country that imposes "data localization" or "data residency" obligations (i.e. requiring that personal information of its residences be kept within the territorial boundaries of such jurisdiction), then we may maintain your personal information within such territorial boundaries, if we are legally obligated to do so.
PEKKU USERS' WEBSITE VISITORS INFORMATION
Pekku may collect and process personal and non-personal information from your website's visitors only if you want to do so, as a Pekku user. For example, when your website's visitor register to your online shop.
For such circumstances, Pekku serves and shall be considered as "data processor" and not as the "controller" of your website's visitor information. Meanwhile, you, as the website's owner, is the "controller" of such information, and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that may apply to the collection, including all privacy and data protection laws of all relevant jurisdictions.
Pekku cannot provide any legal advice to Pekku users or their visitors, however we do recommend that Pekku users publish and maintain clear and comprehensive privacy policies on their website, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, and make sure your visitors will read and aware of such policy on your website.
If you are visitors of any of Pekku users' website, please read the following: Pekku does not have direct relationship with Pekku users and/or your visited website. If you have inquiries regarding privacy policy of your visited website, please ask directly to the website's owner. For example, if you want to change/remove/access inaccurate information processed by Pekku on behalf its users, please direct your inquiries to the relevant Pekku users (the "Controller" of such data). If you (visitors of any of Pekku users' website) direct your inquiries to Pekku, then we may respond your inquiries within thirty (30) days. Pekku does not have right to change such information/data without consent from that website's owner as the "data controller".
PEKKU JOB APPLICATIONS
We welcome all qualified applicants ("Job Applicants") to apply to any of open positions published at our website by sending us related information to [email protected] or mail to our office address. We understand that privacy and discreetness are crucial to our job applicants. That's why we are committed to use that information solely for Pekku's internal recruitment processes. Pekku may retain Job Applicants' information even after the applied positions has been filled/closed. This is done so we could re-consider job applicants for other positions and opportunities at Pekku and/or as reference for future open position. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
Pekku may share or provide access to your personal information with third parties only in following manners:
- Pekku has partnered with a number of selected service providers, whose services complement, facilitate, and enhance our own. These including, but not limited to: hosting, server co-location, content delivery networks, data and cyber security services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, email distribution and monitoring services, content providers, and our legal and financial advisors (collectively, "Third Party Services"). All of Third Party Services may receive or have access to personal information depending on each of their particular roles and purposes in facilitating and enhancing our services and business, and may only use it for such purposes. Note that while our services may contain links to other websites/services, we are not responsible for such websites' or services' privacy practices, and encourage you to be aware when you leave our services and read the privacy statements of each and every website and service you visit. This privacy policy does not apply to such linked third party websites and services.
- Pekku may disclose or allow other access to your personal information pursuant to a legal request, including, but not limited to, subpoena, legal proceedings, search warrant, court order, or in compliance with applicable laws, if we have a good belief that the law requires us to do so, with or without notice to you.
- Pekku may share your personal information with others if we have a good belief that this will help protect the rights, property, or safety of Pekku/Pekku Users/Visitors/general public, with or without notice to you.
- Our services include certain social media features and widgets, including, but not limited to, "Facebook login", "Google+ login", "Facebook like", or "Social Media Share Button" ("Social Media Features"). These social media features may collect information, such as your IP address, which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable them to function properly. Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly to our services, but your interactions with these social media features are governed by their policies and not ours. In addition, our services may enable you to share your personal information directly to the third parties, such as via page framing techniques to serve contents to/from Third Party Services, while preserving the look and feel of our website and service. Personal information via such frames, you are in fact providing to the third parties and not to us, and such interactions and information sharing are governed by such third parties' policies and not ours.
- We also allow other web developers ("Third Party Developers") to develop and offer their own applications ("Third Party Application") in cooperation terms between Pekku and such Third Party Developers. Each such Third Party Developers is required to be bound by Third Party Developers' Agreement, which among others contains restrictions on how they may access, store, and use the non-personal and personal information Pekku Users and Visitors provide to us. We encourage you to read and fully understand any privacy policy accompanying a Third Party Application and ask Third Party Developers for any clarifications you may need before deciding to install and their application. Pekku does not control and is not responsible for the actions of policies of any Third Party Developers, and your use of any Third Party Application is at your own risk.
- In accordance with Third Party Application development, Pekku provides API (Application Programming Interface) to all of assigned Third Party Developers. To keep safety of your personal information, we require background checking and registration for Third Party Developers prior to give access to Pekku's API. To further protect your information, we contractually prohibit all Third Party Developers to combine personal information collected across different User Website and from sharing such information other than application installed on the same user website. To prevent the collection and/or sharing such personal information via Pekku's API, you may either avoid installing Third Party Application to your user website.
- We may share your personal or non-personal information internally withing our family of companies, for the purposes described in this privacy policy, such as: providing you with our services from other servers or Pekku is undergo any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase substantially all of its assets. If we have a good belief that such change in control might materially affect your personal information, we will notify you via our news channel (email/social media).
- For the avoidance of doubt, Pekku may share your personal information in manners other than described above, pursuant to your explicit approvals, or if we legally obligated to do so. Moreover, Pekku may transfer, share, disclose, or otherwise use non-personal information in its sole discretion and without the need for further approval.
COOKIES USAGE AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Pekku, with its marketing/analytic/technology partners, uses certain monitoring and tracking technologies, including, but not limited to, cookies, beacons, pixels, tags, and scripts. These technologies are used in order to maintain, provide, and improve our services on an ongoing basis, and in order to provide our Visitors and Pekku Users with a better experience. Please note that Third Party Services placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through our services may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. Such practices are not covered by our privacy policy and we do not have any control over them.
Cookies: In order for some of these technologies to work properly, a small data file ("cookie" must be downloaded and stored on your device. By default, we use several persistent cookies for purposes of session and user authentication, security, keeping the users preferences (e.g. regarding default language), connection stability, monitoring performance of our services and marketing campaigns, and generally providing and improving our services.
Beacons: We and few Third Party Services may employ technology called Web Beacon (also known as Clear GIF), it enables us (Pekku and Third Party Services) to improve our services by measuring their effectiveness and performance. Beacons are usually a tiny graphic with a unique identifier. It has similar function as cookies, but unlike cookies these are embedded in our services instead of your device.
Re-Marketing/Re-Targeting: Certain Third Party Services and ad networks may display Pekku's ad on other websites. Such parties are using certain tracking technologies to collect certain information about your activities on the services and different third party websites to provide you with targeted advertising based on your interests and preferences. You may opt-out of receiving such targeted ads from certain advertisers at http://preferences-mgr.truste.com/. Please note, this does not opt you out of receiving any advertising.
INTERACTION FROM PEKKU
By using any of services from Pekku (including, but not limited to, blog, social media, or public events) and providing Pekku with your information detail (such as email/social media account/phone number), you expressly agree to receive promotional content, news, call, or message from Pekku or one of its partner (acting on Pekku's behalf). If you wish not to receive such promotional message or call, you may notify Pekku at any time or follow "unsubscribe" message inside your promotional message.
Pekku may also contact you with important information regarding our services. For example, we may send you a notice regarding disruption on our networks, reply to your support tickets, send you reminders about upcoming invoices, forward abuse complaints regarding your user's websites, or any changes in our services. You may not "unsubscribe" from such notice as long as you are still using any of our services.

SECURITY
Pekku has implemented security measures to protect your personal information, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Among other things, we provide HTTPS secure access to all areas in our services, with exception of our users' websites. However, a user's website can be accessed via HTTPS after it subscribe our premium subscription. Transmission of sensitive information (such as credit card/payment information) through our sites is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection. We also regularly maintain our system from attacks or exploits.
However, regardless of the measures and efforts taken by us to keep your data safe, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your information. We therefore encourage you to set strong passwords for user account and website, and avoid providing us with any sensitive information which you believe its disclosure could cause substantial or irreparable harm. Certain areas in our services are less secure (for example, areas which not using HTTPS as its protocol), so we encourage you to not share any personal information on any these areas.
